Emma + Nicole: Top of the World Laguna Maternity Session

A LAGUNA BEACH MATERNITY SESSION

Ugh my sweet friends Emma and Nicole!! They went through IVF and welcomed a beautiful baby girl! I second shoot for Nicole A TON and she’s one of the best photographers I know, so I was both honored and insanely nervous going into this shoot. At the time, I hadn’t done a ton of maternity sessions, or at least not one recently and photographing your mentor is stressful as heck!! I felt like I didn’t know how to direct or any ideas went straight out of my mind! It was overwhelming, but fun at the same time. Even though she told me she loves my photos (and I believe her), it’s still intimidating and I wanted to deliver the best photos to her and Emma.

We met at Top of the World at golden hour and let me tell you, it was beyond dreamy! The light was perfect and the hills looked awesome in the background. It’s definitely become one of my favorite places to shoot at .

Red Sox New Little Fan: Tampa Maternity Session

A TAMPA MATERNITY SESSION

When Brandon asked if I wanted to come to a maternity session while I was in Tampa, I jumped on the opportunity to join him. He let me shoot around him and told me I was free to direct if I’d like. I let him do his thing and just worked around him. I managed to get some fun shots and found out they’re also huge Red Sox fans!! It was the perfect shoot to join in on!

Virginia: Oxnard Family + Maternity Shoot

My sweet friend Virginia had her second little one recently, but first we took some cute maternity photos. I always enjoy driving up to Oxnard to spend a little bit with their sweet family! It was a little windy, but the beach was empty plus the beach is only a few steps from their house. Baby Agatha is here now and I have even more photos to share from the first family shoot we did with her, but for now, enjoy the maternity session!

A WRAP ON 2018!!!

Wooooooo! 2018! You were freaking great! All of you are freaking great, too! Thankful! That’s the best word to describe how i feel about 2018 - thankful. Another successful year for me and this is really only year 2 for weddings. I worked with some of the best couples this year and again was able to travel the world! I photographed couples in LA, OC, London, New York, Minneapolis, New Jersey, Canada, Tucson, Palm Springs, and Santa Barbara! Cheers to 2018! Check out some of my favorites from this year!! Donal + Sofie: Eaton Canyon Maternity Session

A PASADENA MATERNITY HIKE

First things first - do you see Max back there?! Isn't he the sweetest?! He was so fun to have on the shoot because he was so well behaved, sweet and fun! I was beyond stoked when Donal reached out to me after our mutual friend Darren Kennedy sent him my way. Sofie was a killer mama babe! She was hiking, climbing on rocks and telling us to follow her along the craziest paths AND she still looks FLAWLESS after all of that! I absolutely loved spending the evening with these two - such a dream!
