Erika + Mike: In Home Riverside Couple's Session

AN IN HOME PODCAST COUPLE’S SESSION

Los Angeles Portrait Photographer, LA Engagement Photographer, Los Angeles Photographer, Riverside Photographer, Riverside Portrait Photographer, LA Portrait Photographer, SoCal Portrait Photographer

Erika and Mike wanted some updated photos in their temporary Riverside home & since they have a podcast, we focused a little on those shots. They needed an updated cover for their podcast plus some lifestyle shots for Erika, which turned out so cute and fun! Pro trip: make those photos feel like YOU! The whole point of an engagement or couple’s session is to make it feel like you, so if you’re homebodies, let’s take photos in your home. If you hike a lot, let’s go hike at one of your favorite trails! Erika and Mike truly made this shoot feel like them, which made for even better photos!!

Karis + Deshawn: Malibu Creek State Park + Point Dume Engagement Session

A MALIBU ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Malibu Creek State Park Photographer, Malibu Engagement Photographer, Point Dume Photographer, LA Engagement Photographer, Malibu Photographer, Point Dume engagement session, Malibu Creek State Park

Look at these cuties!! Karis and Deshawn killed it at their engagement session AND they’re total foodies like me, so obviously we got along really well! Karis and I went to the same college and have been following each other for a while. I was so stoked when she got engaged and reached out about engagement photos!! They’re still in the process of planning their wedding, but it looks like I’ll be photographing it in September, too!! YAY!

Ailis + Michael: Pasadena Christmas Card Shoot

A HOLIDAY COUPLE’S SESSION

Pasadena Photographer, SoCal Photographer, Southern California Photographer, LA Photographer, Los Angeles Photographer, Pasadena engagement session, Pasadena engagement photographer, LA engagement

Ailis and I have been chatting FOREVER about planning a shoot and I’m SO HAPPY we finally made it happen! We met a while ago after our mutual friend Kristen told Ailis about me. Ailis reached out originally for photos for her social media, but was traveling a lot as was I. We kept missing each other until last winter when we were able to meet for coffee and chat. We chatted more about doing a shoot for her company at some point (still in the works), but then we managed to schedule a shoot for her and her fiance before that shoot happened. We met up in Pasadena (one of my favorite places to shoot) and wandered around Old Town. They are so sweet and were laughing the whole time - that’s all natural people!!!
