Brian + Genevieve: New York City Love

A FASHIONABLE NEW YORK MINUTE

Oh these two!! First off, they are both the kindest and realest human beings you'll ever meet! My 50 1.4 stopped focusing & Brian was cool enough to let me borrow his lens for this! He and his girl Genevieve were in town & we were finally able to connect. Brian is a professional model with LA Models and a great photographer & Genevieve is a wardrobe stylist and blogger.

We didn't have much light at all, hence the New York Minute reference. We wandered around and shot as quick as possible with the little bit of light we had. Surprisingly we got some great images for shooting with next to no light in one of the busiest areas at rush hour.

Britt + Mitch: Long Beach Styled Shoot

AN AGAPE STYLED SESSION

Agape Attire sent along some sweet gear to style this session with Britt and Mitch. Mitch is a professional model signed to Next Los Angeles and Miami. He and I first met in Miami a year ago, so I was beyond stoked when he came to California and brought his friend Britt with him. They were awesome enough to step in for this styled shoot.

Noel Carlsen did Britt's makeup while Mitch and I headed to a few stores to grab some pieces. Although not every piece we used is Agape, we used at least one piece in almost every shot. We wandered around Long Beach & snapped some great images!

Jess + Rafael: Malibu Styled Shoot

A MALIBU STYLED LOVE SESSION

Jess, Rafael and I got together for a styled love session & it was wonderful! It was a full day of adventure and beauty (Jess & Rafael are both professional models with Two Management) in Malibu. The lovely Magali Rachel rocked hair and makeup while I went through their clothes and put looks together.

We drove up PCH in search of cool locations and eventually found this first spot at the beach. We had the beach basically to ourselves, which was awesome! Afterward, we drove back down PCH and found random spots along the way. It was such a fun and spontaneous day!

Chris + Steph: Orange County Engagement Flashback

AN ORANGE COUNTY LOVE MADE TO LAST

All right, all right... Here's a flashback to the FIRST engagement shoot I did! CRAZY! Also, yet another In-N-Out love story; this time featuring my former manager Stephanie and her now husband, Chris. We first met at Steph's house in Tustin to get some shots at a nearby park, then headed to the Orange County Great Park.

Engagement Tip: Two looks is a happy medium -- one look that's more on the casual side and one look that's a bit dressier. Steph and Chris shot the more casual look at both locations and left the dressier look for the Great Park. Don't forget to accessorize. Ultimately, wear what makes you feel most comfortable.

Brighton + Lyzy: Laguna Beach Love

A YOUNG LOVE STORY AT RUBY'S

PRECIOUS! I mean seriously... These two are to die for. Such a cute session in Laguna Beach. Brighton and I are pretty well known for wild shoots. We've shot at the OC Fair and in Laguna a few times, SO naturally I was stoked when he mentioned a shoot with Lyzy & it was nothing short of wild. These two are both professional models, hence all the ridiculous prettiness happening here. They put their own looks together and we went to town at Ruby's!

At first, I thought they were crazy for wanting to shoot here. I was ready for the manager to come out and tell us to get off the cars, but as time went on, no one came out and we could see people in the windows ooh-ing and aww-ing because they assumed it was an engagement shoot. Love is in the air people.
