Weddings in downtown are such a dream because us photographers can get all sorts of creative! The arts district is especially awesome because no matter where you look, theres a killer background. Amy and Oleg both got ready at the Ace Hotel then headed over to Millwick for their intimate ceremony. We spent a lot of time hanging out with them and taking photos all over DTLA beforehand!

When they say "my big fat Greek wedding" it is nothing short of big and fat and Greek! Talk about a fun crew - the groomsmen were hilarious to hang out with and the couple was gorgeous! This wedding was so fun, especially once everyone got to dancing!! Their first look was awesome, even though she couldn't move because her dress was SO HUGE! But actually wait until you see how many people had to carry her dress. It was such an interesting and fun day, I'll let the photos do the talking!

I swear, Nicole gets the sweetest couples! Chris and Colleen were so fun to be around plus they had an awesome wedding party! The guys were easy to work with, which is who I spent most of the time with. Everyone was hyped up and ready to celebrate the beautiful couple. Chris + Colleen are a dream to photograph, so enjoy!!
Sam and Tanner are one of the sweetest couples who were referred to me by our mutual friend Brady Cramm. Turns out we have a lot more mutual friends including Sam's brother Evan and Tanner's friend Nate. Tanner and I also attended APU together, but we weren't the same major, so we didn't have classes together and our paths really didn't cross at all. It was such an honor to have my friend and associate photographer, Carsten Tice cover this wedding for me. Sam + Tanner's wedding was so beautiful, which you'll see very soon! They shared in some special moments including prayer time with their family + wedding party as well as communion with their family during the ceremony.

This was part two of our crazy double header weekend! We started out in Temecula then drove up to Napa for this gorgeous wedding. It wasn't the Napa we expected. We pictured lots of vineyards like straight out of Parent Trap. Their wedding was at a golf course in Napa and was still very beautiful. The day featured Chris hanging with all his guys where he handed out a new pair of kicks and socks to them. He bought Sharon a gorgeous pair of diamond earrings, but he knew she had spent months planning her jewelry, hair, etc, so he didn't expect her to wear them. She loved them so much, but he was right - she had planned everything out for months. They did a first look on the course, had a fun first dance and lots of donuts as well as pound bread Sharon personally made. Enjoy!
