A LAGUNA BEACH ANNIVERSARY SESSION

Two years later… TWO YEARS! So wild! Gonzo first contacted me when he was proposing to Shelby. This time Shelby contacted me to take anniversary photos & soon after this they announced they were pregnant. It’s so sweet to be a part of a couple’s journey beyond engagement photos and wedding photos.

Our first two shoots were in Laguna at Montage (proposal) and Victoria Beach (engagement session), so it only made sense to return to Laguna for some photos! We went to Top of the World and Moss Cove - two of my favorite spots.

Milee + Tommy: DTLA Arts District Engagement Session

A DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Milee and Tommy came to LA for a quick visit while planning their wedding back home in Korea. They thought it would be a great chance to get an engagement shoot in. Tommy had been to LA plenty of times (he grew up in the states), but it was Milee’s first trip. We decided on DTLA Arts District because there are SO MANY options. We grabbed coffee first at Blue Bottle then wandered around the streets and found some fun locations!

Doug + Kendall: Wilson Creek Winery Engagement Session

A LITTLE WINE & CORNHOLE

Part one of Doug and Kendall’s engagement session was wine filled! I didn’t know too much about them prior to their shoot other than the fact that they had attended a wedding I second shot. My friend Alexa sent them my way because she was booked on their wedding date. I quickly learned these two love to end a day with a glass of wine and Doug grew up in Temecula, so it only made sense to meet up at a winery. Wilson Creek has a pretty strict closing time, which meant shooting a lot earlier than I normally would like to. We didn’t get much of that golden light, but thankfully we were able to find the little bit of shade.

Mckenna + Preston: San Clemente Couple Session

First off, you don’t need to be engaged to take cute photos together! Mckenna and Preston just wanted to have a fun little shoot together hanging out around San Clemente. And what does a cute little surf couple like this do on the daily? Well obviously surf at some point, but also explore San Clemente + share a milkshake and some fries!

For those couples who don’t think they do much together - even in home sessions can be fun, but also just following you around on doing regular daily things like eating fries and surfing makes for super fun and real photos!

I was SO STOKED when Chelsea reached out about a couple’s shoot with her boyfriend, Will! They’re fitness fanatics who met at an audition. They instantly connected over the never ending hustle and the fact they both love fitness. We met up in Laguna at one of my favorite beaches, Moss Cove and we had a blast just playing around.
