Chris + Steph: Orange County Engagement Flashback

AN ORANGE COUNTY LOVE MADE TO LAST

All right, all right... Here's a flashback to the FIRST engagement shoot I did! CRAZY! Also, yet another In-N-Out love story; this time featuring my former manager Stephanie and her now husband, Chris. We first met at Steph's house in Tustin to get some shots at a nearby park, then headed to the Orange County Great Park.

Engagement Tip: Two looks is a happy medium -- one look that's more on the casual side and one look that's a bit dressier. Steph and Chris shot the more casual look at both locations and left the dressier look for the Great Park. Don't forget to accessorize. Ultimately, wear what makes you feel most comfortable.

Brighton + Lyzy: Laguna Beach Love

A YOUNG LOVE STORY AT RUBY'S

PRECIOUS! I mean seriously... These two are to die for. Such a cute session in Laguna Beach. Brighton and I are pretty well known for wild shoots. We've shot at the OC Fair and in Laguna a few times, SO naturally I was stoked when he mentioned a shoot with Lyzy & it was nothing short of wild. These two are both professional models, hence all the ridiculous prettiness happening here. They put their own looks together and we went to town at Ruby's!

At first, I thought they were crazy for wanting to shoot here. I was ready for the manager to come out and tell us to get off the cars, but as time went on, no one came out and we could see people in the windows ooh-ing and aww-ing because they assumed it was an engagement shoot. Love is in the air people.

Heidi + Matt: Los Angeles Love

A WILD LOVE STORY IN CENTURY CITY

These two are WILD! They are also absolutely adorable. Talk about a wild day full of laughter, tongues out and high energy. 

Heidi is actually a model with Next Models Los Angeles who I had set up a test shoot with. Her agent asked if she could bring her boyfriend along and of course I jumped on the opportunity to not only get shots of her, but also some couple photos. Turns out Matt is from Laguna as well and we had some mutual friends. It wound up being one really big fun hang out.

Kaylie + Stefan: Orange County Engagement

A COAST HILLS LOVE STORY

What a cute couple! I met these two at Coast Hills Church back in high school. I even wound up graduating from APU with Stefan. I was STOKED when they asked me to be a part of their wedding day! Truth be told, Kaylie felt so awkward at first during these photos, even though we are friends and I have taken her photo before. BUT the good thing is you can't even tell! We got some great photos at the Northwest Open Space in San Juan Capistrano.

I can't wait to be a part of their wedding day in less than a month! WOO!
